There are still almost two weeks before the workshop, so I could potentially get another band stitched. I am not going to stress. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, it doesn't.
You realize that this is quite a departure for a slightly OCD, perfectionistic, first born girl-child, who, as we who suffer from this positioning know all too well, is responsible for the turning of the world on its axis. What can I say? With age, maybe I'm getting more relaxed.
It's our burden to bear, LOL (female, first born, Aries, OCD, perfectionist, who can't help it that our type is always right).
ReplyDeleteUntil now I didn't connect my obvious perfectionism with having been the first-born girl. Of course, in my family I had a herd of boys to corral! It's definitely easier to needlepoint.
ReplyDeleteIt's a dirty job, but somebody has to be in charge--and in control--and make sure everything is done correctly!
